Royal Institute of Management starts class for post graduate trainee officers

The honeymoon for RCSC selected candidates are over. The class commenced this morning with introduction of subject by concerned lecturers as per timetable of the institute in all three courses. 

In Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration category, Mr Tshering Wangdi and Ms  Tashi Tshomo  were appointed as class representatives. Both the representatives were elected through yes or no votes through the show of hands as there were no contenders. Both the elected representatives solicited the class cooperation  for various upcoming activities in the calender years. 

At the same time, Programme Assistant distributed secret identity code that is necessary for evaluation with favour by lecturer.

After two weeks of no communication, I decided to my call wannabe politician and gonna-be bureaucrat friend Ugyen for cup of lukewarm coffee (well, restaurant always sell lukewarm coffee) and chitchat. Many believed the present Gyalse Truelku is the first reincarnation of 4 th Desi Gyalse Tenzin Rabgay. Though I have no information regarding whole reincarnations, I would like to clarify that present Gyalse Truelku is not the first reincarnation of the most influential and powerful Desi. Infact, the present Gyalse Trulku   Jigme Tenzin Wangpo is the 8 th incarnation.
